All purchases during SALES PERIODS are not allowed for EXCHANGE/REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS.

However, refund/exchange is only possible for damaged/defective items received. We will take full responsibility to assess damages on case by case basis, within 30 days from date of received. We will not bear shipping cost on all returns/exchanges.
